Michael Wayne Miracle, age 53 of Sparta, Missouri, passed away Sunday, March 12, 2017 in his home due to complications of severe diabetes.  Mike was born September 3, 1963 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of Maynard and Shirley (Combs) Miracle. Mike’s first marriage was to Anita Peek and to this union a daughter, Tiffany, was born January 27, 1988.On February 13, 1992, Mike and Penny Woodall met and were united in marriage June 13, 1992 in Ava, Missouri.  To this union a son, Brandon Lee Miracle, was born January 13, 1995. Mike always loved working outdoors and worked several years at Cutbirth Lumber Company and later at Copeland in Ava, Missouri.  Prior to his illness, Mike was always outside working on his yard and was proud to finally own his John Deere tractor.  He enjoyed playing his guitar, an interest passed on from his father and now to his son.  He enjoyed going to flea markets and there are many happy memories of all the road trips taken by Mike, Penny and Brandon. Mike loved cats and cats loved him, he missed his special buddy, Tommy and now Miss Kitty misses Mike. Mike's illness robbed him of all his strength and muscle over the past nine years but it didn't take away the qualities that made him the husband and father that will be forever missed.Mike is survived by his wife, Penny; their son, Brandon Miracle, Sparta, MO; his daughter, Tiffany Carmack, Belton, MO; his grandchildren,  Lance, Charlotte, and Trinity, Belton, MO; his father Maynard and Jan Miracle, Garden City, MO; his mother, Shirley Dennis, Amelia, Ohio; his sisters, Lisa Folger, Acworth, Georgia; Bobbi Shockley, Joplin, MO; his brother, Maynard Derrick Miracle, Waynesville, Ohio; his nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. Mike was preceded in death by his sister, Vicky Gibbs. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, March 17, 2017 in Barnes Family Funeral Home, Ozark.
